Meridian Bank has generously granted a $5,000 EITC (Education Improvement Tax Credit) donation to help fund FLITE’s work towards furthering local education. This donation will support the many programs that FLITE provides for Tredyffrin/Easttown School District students from preschool to high school.
Meridian Bank is an innovative, entrepreneurial community bank serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with a full suite of financial products. They provide valuable services, innovative technology, and a knowledgeable team of familiar faces throughout the local area. This is the fourth year that Meridian has donated to FLITE’s work.
FLITE is extremely grateful to Meridian Bank for this grant, which helps enable the continued support of local students in need. “FLITE programs contribute to the success of so many children in our community who otherwise might fall behind,” says FLITE Vice Chair Karen Reaume. “It is heartwarming to see our community work together to give these children the tools to succeed.”
Meridian CEO and Founder, Chris Annas, was raised in Berwyn and attended Tredyffrin/Easttown schools himself. He still lives in the area today and remains a strong supporter of our community. “Meridian is pleased to present this donation to FLITE,” says Mr. Annas. “As a graduate of Conestoga High School, I’m proud to be able to give back and support our community’s tremendous scholastic reputation.”
