FLITE Golf and Tennis Outing

T/E Schools provide an excellent education… but it’s hard to take full advantage of it if your family can’t afford essential items like a graphing calculator, musical instrument, or after-school tutoring. The Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown (FLITE) funds academic support programs which help hundreds of disadvantaged T/E students each year by providing academic tools, support, and enrichment opportunities to help close the opportunity gap and allow all students to succeed in the classroom. FLITE is delighted to honor Jeanne Braun for her dedication to the students of TESD. Jeanne is a long-standing member of ARCH (Area Residents Caring & Helping) and continues to serve as the school district’s liaison to ARCH. In her role for TESD, Jeanne coordinates and facilitates PTO groups, oversees the Senior Internship Program, coordinates hundreds of parent/community volunteers every month, and much more.

Jeanne goes above and beyond for the families and students of TESD. During the COVID lockdown, Jeanne was instrumental in helping families during that difficult time. She lead the team of volunteers delivering food, school supplies, gift cards, and other relief for our community members. In the words of Superintendent Rich Gusick, “Jeanne has an unbelievably caring heart. She helps whenever and wherever she is needed beyond what any job description could capture.”

Please join us to celebrate Jeanne Braun’s contributions to our community and support FLITE at the same time! Your participation will help FLITE fund programs to eliminate opportunity barriers in the Tredyffrin/Easttown area.
